All meats are smoked in house on our wood burning smoker
Our Texas-style brisket starts with our special spice rub then it's cooked low and slow on our offset wood smoker for hours using a combination of different hard woods which usually creates a nice smoke ring. It is cooked for over 12 hours and this is what helps it to become tender and juicy.
Pork ribs are seasoned with our special spice rub and put on the wood smoker until they absorb the right amount of smoke giving them a nice pink smoke ring then they are wrapped to make them tender. Once the ribs are fully cooked they are unwrapped and finished on the grill with our in house BBQ sauce to mouth-watering perfection.
Chickens are cooked in halves to help cook and stay juicy they are rubbed with a special blend of spices and then they are put on the smoker and finished with our in house BBQ sauce.
Freshly double ground pork is seasoned, stuffed and smoked to perfection
